Hennessey Cupcake

To quote the Hennessey Company -  “Never Stop, Never Settle” that’s how we feel about our desserts.

We search for new and exciting ingredients to use in our recipes, we can’t always share our secrets but as we like to say “Taste the difference”.

This cupcake moves away from traditional Hennessey cupcakes with a chocolate base and finds its origins in our custom vanilla cake.

We add a mixture of fresh lemon and blood orange juice, and our own mixture of spices to this glorious brandy and you have our “Hennessey“ cupcake.  

We top the cupcake off with hints of our original recipe drink mix and flecks of grated lemon and orange mixed into our buttercream frosting.

All I can say is magnificent!
